The location is super convenient, just a short walk to town. The lounge area is cozy and welcoming. However, we had a pretty uncomfortable experience at dinner with the staff being rude about our kids. Not cool. The bar area was nice enough, though! Overall, just wish service was better for families.

I was extremely frustrated with the dismal room conditions. The lighting was so poor that it felt like a gloomy cave, and one can barely charge their devices with only three outlets available. To make matters worse, the shower design was outright absurd, leading to water splashing everywhere—resulting in a slippery mess. If that wasn't enough, the uncomfortable sofa was just a joke. sitting on it was a hassle, and I couldn't wait to leave.
